I had a wonderful experience Saturday morning. I was up early watching TV and there was a scene with a rainbow. The colors were pink, green and blue. I thought about the last time I saw a rainbow and how nice it would be to see one now. About twenty minutes later I got dressed and took Sugarplum out for her morning walk. It was cloudy and the ground was a little wet from overnight rain. I looked up to the sky and saw a lilac, green, yellow, and pink, rainbow. It was beautiful. I thanked Spirit for the gift.
Sometimes Spirit speaks to us through symbols and various signs. We just have to recognize them when it happens. That’s what I am learning to do.
Love, light, and blessings
About a month ago I attended a three hour seminar featuring James Van Praagh. It was an evening that I will forever cherish. If you have an opportunity to attend one of his seminars, I highly recommend that you do so. At the end of the evening I purchased his book Unfinished Business, What the Dead Can Teach Us About Life.
Unfinished Business is filled with information learned from those who are no longer incarnate. According to Mr. Praagh when a person has the opportunity to communicate with a loved one who has crossed over, he or she can look at things from a different perspective. Some of the messages from those who have crossed over are asking and giving forgiveness; relieving a person of guilt; expressing regrets and giving apologies. A lot of spirits suffer from unfinished business when they leave this life.
Chapter nine of the book has a sub-title, Mindful or Mindless? Living mindful is living your life with awareness of the present moment. To live in the present, we must always be aware of what we think, feel, and sense, otherwise we become a victim. We create situations in our lives to our detriment. When we live in a state of mindfulness we lift ourselves higher in consciousness. When we are attuned to our higher-self we are more intuitive. Our creativity flows and we are aware of others’ feelings from a soul perspective.
Everyday I try to live a mind-full life. It’s not easy but I have gotten much better at it. When I interact with others I do so from a place of love. If I am upset about something, I accept it, feel the emotion and then let it go. But sometimes I am unable to move through those emotions easily. I work very hard at not being judgmental and it is the hardest thing to do. When I catch myself doing so, I immediately change my thoughts. Although I may fall short sometimes, I strive to live a mind-full life.
Love and Light
This is a great article on point about The Law of Attraction.
Gloria Wendroff – Heaven Letters – Coming True – 21 May 2013
You might as well know beforehand that all good is coming to you. Listen to Me. All good.
Your first response may be: “Yeah, sure, God, all good is coming to me. Right and left. Nothing goes wrong in my life. Sure.” And you believe Me not.
Believe Me. I suggest you imprint this image of all good coming to you brightly in your mind — in your every thought, in how you walk, and in your very Being.
What would you like to expect? Pretty much you have been expecting an axe to fall. You have solid belief in the idea that you are doomed, doomed to dashed hopes and a somber reality.
Which way of thinking do you bet gives you better odds? The practical way you tend to think? Or the way I think and the way I advise?
You may prefer to point out to Me the Reality you see — the newspaper point of view. You see trouble brewing and trouble evidenced. You have a picture of gloom, and you call it Reality.
Beloveds, please get it through your head that there is a Greater Reality. Not only is there a Greater Reality, your sense of life reflected in your thoughts influences your life, your daily life and your far-range life. You do not always see this. Life has disappointed you, and you don’t want to be a fool and appear to live in a Fool’s Paradise. Probably, you like to think of yourself as a person who faces facts. Continue reading
